Honestly, if you’ve been on keto long, you TOTALLY get this. And, if you haven’t been keto long, then you will soon know the pain expressed here. Even though medical research has been proving for decades that the “low fat for health” recommendations were never anything more than a myth, there are still millions of people, including those who should know better, that still think low fat is a good thing.
